Navy promotion
Jacklyn Ditzel, formerly of Mar Lin, was recently promoted to boatswain’s mate third class and has re-enlisted for another four-year term.
She is serving aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Nimitz (CVN-68) in Bremerton, Washington.
She is a daughter of Colleen Warmkessel and Jim Ditzel and a granddaughter of Louise Ditzel.
